Although Catherine Rossini's passion for performance began at birth, she realized her love could be a reality at the tender age of 8. It was then that she moved her shows out of the living room and onto the stage, where she performed in a number of stage shows in her local community. These shows led to a lifetime of both commitment and passion for characters and expression through performances which ultimately brought her to an Arts High school. It was here she majored in Drama, and started her developments and training.
These learning's were fundamental to her character developments and analysis of acting and scripts. This brought forth and even stronger desire to perform in a variety of roles both comedic and dramatic, fictional and real. Rewarding her with critical reviews by both critics and audiences alike. This driving force to walk in a million shoes began a television career and film career. By the age of 15 she appeared in an episode of "Kung Fu – the legend continues" directed by William Shatner. To this day you can't say the line, "Oh my god I think he's got a gun" without her getting a chill. She has done a MTV home movie, and numerous commercials with well know consumer products like Sprite and Ford. In addition to those she has also been privileged too explore a variety of lives and lifestyles in a number of films. So when she was offered the lead of a witty, hilarious romantic comedy "First Time Caller" she jumped (really high- the slight bump on her head will prove that) at the opportunity. Not only was it the best time she had ever had on a film set but in this actors mind "First Time Caller" is the best 90 minutes any one can spend watching again and again and again.
Currently Catherine is in post-production with her solo album "Step Into My Side."
